The Engineering Leadership Standard Awards Scheme (formerly the Undergraduate Programme)
The Undergraduate Programme is
designed to encourage university students to retain
an interest in pursuing a career in engineering
through a series of awards and activities. These
include business awareness courses and personal
development training courses (W.I.L.D.) which are
held on Dartmoor and are similar to the Outward
Bound format.
Who is eligible?
The Programme is open only to
students who have participated in one or more of the
Best pre-university schemes. Such students receive
details automatically when they go to university.
