At the Interview

• Ensure you arrive at the specified venue on time

• Be natural, try and relax and be aware of your body language

• Remember the interviewer is not trying to trip you up, they want to give you a job

• Listen carefully to the questions being asked

• Be positive and confident - remember you are selling yourself!

• Be honest and do not exaggerate. A good interviewer will probe deeper into your answers and can easily spot when you have been less than truthful!

• Don't be tempted to crack jokes during the interview

• Give thorough answers to questions, and use your experience and knowledge to support your answers

• Don't dwell on any mistakes made

• Remember to ask the questions you have prepared, but if they have been covered in the interview just thank the interviewer/panel
