• You are not quite finished just yet!

• After an interview, the last think you will probably feel like doing is thinking about it. But it is well worth spending time to reflect and think honestly about how the interview went

• In particular what went well, areas that you need to work on and could do better etc. By critically reviewing your interview performance you can easily improve your interview technique and boost your confidence

• Some interviewers give candidates feedback about how they came across. Even if you were not offered the job, often the advice given is helpful, and may enable you to develop your interview style and do better next time
